Who Owns Content?  Issues in Content-Based Instruction

Friday, October 3 4:30-7pm
Saturday October 4 8am to 3pm

Clark Hall, Cornell University, Ithaca New York

This symposium is sponsored by the Consortium for Language Teaching and Learning and hosted by the Language Resource Center at Cornell University.  It is open to anyone interested in content-based instruction in foreign languages in higher education.  We define content-based instruction as language instruction taught by a language teacher where the class focuses primarily on non-language cultural topics.  There is no registration fee - the symposium is fully funded by the CLTL.  .
