Robert Sukle, Director of JTTW, is also the Director of the Cornell Full-year Asian Language CONcentration Program (FALCON). A Fulbright scholar and Japan Foundation grant recipient, Robert Sukle is a graduate of the University of Colorado and Cornell University, and has worked extensively with Dr. Eleanor Jorden.	Naomi Nakada Larson, a Senior Lecturer of Japanese at Cornell, has also worked with the Cornell FALCON Program and the Exchange Japan Teacher Training Institute at Bryn Mawr College. Enthusiasm and accessibility characterize her method of inspiring students to go beyond their perceived potential.
